K-12 Gear line of school clothing delivers Elder quality at a more moderate price point. Bruxton Career Clothing, designed for a wide range of business settings, is the latest addition to the Elder family.

A History of Innovation

For 90 years we have been an industry leader at developing innovative products with updated styling that's always right for the times. We are continually working with our customers to develop new and exciting uniform products, such as our flare leg female pant, our stretch blouse and a super-soft group of pants and shorts for both males and females.

Feature Rich Products

Elder products include features that make them great values for the consumer - durable brass zippers, reinforced stitching, and double knees (on selected models) to provide a school year's worth of wear. Our garments are fashion forward in design and styling, pleasing the most finicky student and their parents. Additionally, features such as the "grow" waistband and generous hem allowances ensure the growing child will be able to wear the same uniform throughout the school year.

Conscientious Manufacturing

We own state-of-the-art factories and use only quality materials, allowing us to maintain our uncompromising standards. Our garments are made by some of the most dedicated workers in the world, and we are committed to providing safe and clean working conditions. Our plant in El Salvador meets or exceeds current US OSHA standards, and we are currently certified under the WRAP program. We provide an in-plant clinic staffed with Board Certified physicians and nurses to treat both our employees and their families. Our workforce earns (on average) more than twice the Salvadorian minimum wage, and our employee turnover rate is the lowest of any company in the textile or apparel industry in the country.
